Terms & Conditions

3.1 To enroll in our services, you must provide accurate and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Valid identification document (ID card or passport)
• Recent medical record (valid for 1 year)
• Digital passport-sized photo
• Preferred email address for communications

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.3 You must be at least 16 years old to enroll in our driving or riding programs, or meet the minimum age requirements as set by Saint Lucia's licensing authority.

4.1 Payment for services must be made in advance or according to the payment schedule agreed upon at the time of enrollment.

4.2 All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4.3 We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Existing students will be notified of any price changes affecting their current package.

4.4 Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

5.1 Students must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the lesson being charged.

5.2 "No-show" appointments (where a student fails to attend without notice) will be charged at the full lesson rate.

5.3 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule lessons due to instructor unavailability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide alternative arrangements.

6.1 Students must conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner at all times during lessons and on school premises.

6.2 Students must follow all instructions given by instructors and comply with all traffic laws and regulations.

6.3 Students must not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that may impair their ability to drive safely.

6.4 We reserve the right to immediately terminate services if a student's conduct is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.

7.1 All our vehicles are fully insured for instructional purposes. Students are covered by our insurance policy during scheduled lessons.

7.2 Students are responsible for any damage caused to our vehicles due to negligence, recklessness, or failure to follow instructions.

7.3 Kick Start Riding & Driving School shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7.4 While we strive to provide quality instruction, we do not guarantee that students will pass their driving test or obtain a license.

8.1 All content on our website, learning platform, and materials provided during classes, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Kick Start Riding & Driving School and is protected by copyright laws.

8.2 Students may not reproduce, distribute, or share our proprietary materials without written permission.

11.1 We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason including, but not limited to, breach of these Terms.

11.2 You may terminate your enrollment at any time by providing written notice. Refunds will be handled according to our refund policy.
